“No Contact” Delivery and Pickup Orders

If you place an order for delivery, upon arrival, our driver will leave the arrangement/plant/gift at the door and call to let your recipient know the delivery has arrived. If you prefer to pick up your order at the shop, we are following all mandated safety protocols for the protection of customers and staff.

Order Confirmation

After you submit your order, you will receive an email receipt with all the details of your order. Your order will be processed during regular Wonderland Floral Art and Gift Loft’s store hours. If we have any questions, we will contact you at the email address or phone number you have provided.

Delivery Area

Bay Pines, Gulfport, Feather Sound, Kenneth City, Madeira Beach, Pinellas Park, St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Seminole, South Pasadena, Tierra Verde and Treasure Island. Please note that we will not accept online orders that require delivery outside of our delivery area. Delivery is available in Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin and Safety Harbor, however there is an increased delivery fee based on the distance. Please inquire at 727.498.8887.

Delivery Confirmation

After your order is delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation with the time your delivery was received along with a photograph of your order. This will automatically be sent to the email address you have provided.

Delivery Time Requests

While every attempt will be made to accommodate your delivery time request, we can not guarantee an exact time of delivery. Conditions such as weather, traffic and holiday volume may affect the delivery schedule.

Substitution/Seasonal Flowers

If we are out of a particular decorative element, i.e. a specific basket, vase, ribbon, we may need to substitute a similar element of equal or greater value. The “look and feel” of our arrangements featured will remain the same, paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. We will use only the freshest flowers, and so may need to make substitutions due to seasonal availability.

Online/Secure Ordering

We never send your information over any network that is readable to anyone but us. All your personal information is encrypted for your safety. We do not rent or sell your information to any third party.

Payment Options

Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We accept credit cards on our website as well as over the phone. We can also establish a house account after an initial credit card order. Please call to inquire.

Special Offers

Special offers, coupons and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.

Care and Handling

Every step has been taken to ensure your arrangement arrives fresh. Once you receive your order, a little extra care will make a significant difference in the life of your flowers.

Some flowers last longer than others, so to keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply remove fading blooms. Keep your arrangement in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. Keep away from A/C and heating vents.

Container Arrangements

If your flowers arrived in a container other than a vase, please keep the design foam saturated. Water every day, keeping the level of water in the container just below the top edge.

Vase Arrangements

Keep the vase filled to the top with clean water. Do not add anything but fresh water.

Orchid Plants

Water and drain the excess away every five to seven days. Do not overwater. Keep from direct sunlight. Pluck fading blooms away as the blooms progress up the bloom spike.

Green Plants

Plants should be watered when the top of the soil feels dry to the touch. Do not overwater. Keep from direct sunlight.
