Floral Therapy Frequently Asked Questions

You are attending a workshop along with 23 other guests. If you tend to be cold, please bring a light sweater or if you run warm, dress in layers. We cannot make the shop the perfect temperature for each guest. Also, stems and leaves will end up on the floor, we encourage appropriate footwear.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled workshop time. Our goal is to begin within five minutes of the start time. If you arrive late, you may miss the introduction, joke and bingo.

If you need to cancel your registration, you have until the end of our business day, two weeks prior to your workshop. After this deadline, there is a $20 late cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your workshop, the entire fee is due.

If you have a gift card for a workshop, please be sure to denote that in the gift certificate box with the number. You will still need to present the gift card upon arrival. If you have lost it, that number will be able to be retrieved from your registration.

When you register for a workshop and would like to register for multiple workshops on the same registration, it is best to do them all at the same time. If you register for one and then a second one separately on the same day, your credit card will mistake this for a duplicate and will not approve it.

When you register for your workshop, the system is going to run a pre-authorization before encrypting your credit card number. This is NOT a payment, and it will fall off your credit card without actually charging the card. It will be manually charged the week of your class. Please be aware, that there is a difference when you use a debit card, a preauthorization will take longer to fall off than a credit card. This varies by the issuing bank.

A limited selection of complimentary beverages is available. If you would like to bring an additional beverage or snack, you are welcome to.

When you register for a workshop, you must wait until your registration has been transmitted. If you close out before this is completed, you will not be registered for class. The screen will get lighter while this process happens and then it will say “Thank you for your order.” Putting a class into your cart will not save the spot. If you do not receive a confirmation email or see it in your orders, then you are not registered.

The schedule of upcoming workshops is released quarterly.

For every workshop, a floor plan is created so attendees that are participating together may be seated together. Please be sure you have listed who you would like to be seated with when you register. If you have not, please let us know prior to the class as we cannot create a new floor plan once people have started to arrive.

If you need to switch to a different workshop, prior to the cancellation deadlines, you may email us at cassie@wonderlandfloralart.com with the original date and the date you would like to move to. We can move your registration in our admin panel. Please note that your original registration confirmation will not change as an email is not a live document. If you prefer, you can register for the new date and request a cancellation of the original date. This is the only way your confirmation will have the new date.

We recommend that you create a login so that you can retrieve your schedule at any time. If you check out as a guest, you will not be able to see them beyond the email confirmation. Please login before completing your registration. Then after completion, you can go to your dashboard and choose “Orders” to see your registrations.
